Poole Vikings Show 18th April

Popped down to Poole today for the usual jaunt as punters to Poole Vikings annual show which is held at the Parkstone grammar school. This year they have extended the floor space which made quite a bit of difference. Usually the single hall used is rather cramped and difficult to navigate around the displays but this year with a new additional section opened up it gave a lot more room to manoeuvre.

As usual there was a good selection of club stands to look at with some interesting models on display. The traders were spaced out much better this year with plenty of room to move about. Here's a selection of models that caught my eye.

The crew from Modelworx were there with a display and it was great to catch up with everyone and have a bit of banter. So second show of the year and a nice pleasant day out again, oh and some more purchases for the stash too! A very restrained haul for me though which makes a change. The Fuchs was a bargain at £15. Can't remember when I last saw one, It's destined to be built as a British RTR version sometime way into the future!
