Here's the model in it's main colour. I sprayed a quick bit of black on the undersides and wheels before the main colour to get in all the nooks & crannies. As usual I used my favourite colour for modern British army vehicles tamiya XF 65 field grey. After a good solid coat I then went back over the model with a few lighter coats using tamiya flat flesh. This was sprayed in a random fashion to break up the monotone colour. The canvas was then sprayed with a slightly lighter mix of the final highlight colour for a nicely worn look.
One this has dried for a day or so I'll start painting the details and the disruptive black camo bands before the gloss coat goes on.
It looks great ! Nice work Pete.
