The supacat has now had a blast of etch primer followed by normal primer and boy does it look good. You can really see the checker plate pop now. A couple of days for this to cure then it's paint time.
The AMX is also coming along well and I've made up some new jerry can racks for the rear plate using plastic strip. I was not happy with the kit items & these look much better. Some of the tools have been left off but I used the clamps on each part and carefully drilled them out and thinned the handles down as well.
The spare track links, which by the way are actually the original AMX-30 tracks, need some work as they are missing some recessed bolts and the links need drilling out. I found separating each link was the easiest method. A few more improvements here and there as well and that's the hull done apart from tow ropes and some texture.
