So I've built the hull & the tracks and also added some weld beads using stretched sprue. The tracks where fiddly but there are not many to worry about, although every link needed the rubber track pad face sanding down due to an ejector mark on each one.

Das Werk Panzerklein Zerstörer "Rutscher"
With time on my hands waiting for paint/varnish to dry on my two builds I had a look at this kit and before I knew it I'd started building! It's actually a very simple and small kit but I have a cracking idea for a small diorama so I guess that swayed me into starting the build. Breaking strain of a damp kit kat me!

Interesting little vehicle, Pete. What did you use for your plate welds?
ReplyDeleteCheers Chris, for the welds I used some stretched sprue then softened them with glue before adding the texture with a fresh scalpel blade tip.
ReplyDeleteCheers mate!
