The ferret is slowly getting there with the suspension and wheels now sorted. The suspension units needed careful cleaning up and mounting to try and get a good final result. A test fit of the wheels ensured everything sat level and all wheels touched the ground.
Lots and lots of clean up and filling so many pin holes and bubbles in the resin so far. I started after filling these holes with removing the very vague detail on the front around the driver's hatch and sanding it down as it was rough as a badgers arse! Some scratched new details improved this area no end. The hatch itself has had a clean up and a rod attached but more needs to be done to this piece.
I also shaved off the cast on electrical cables for the lights as they were very badly affected by pin holes and poor casting. Lead wire replacements look much better I think. Likewise the indicator and side light blobs came off to be replaced later with small lenses.
