I'm now back working on the M114 after the last attempt at the paint scheme went horribly wrong. Previously I had resprayed the model with hataka A323 sand grey which was a very good match for the real tone. Then the model went back into the box and onto the shelf of doom.
Over the last couple of days I've revisited the model and painted the rest of the camo to my satisfaction. Much happier this time around so am again enthused to finish the project!
