Finally finishing off with some oil staining and soot for the exhaust I next used a small amount of dry pigment on the figures concentrating on the boots and lower portions of the legs. Fixed in position I think they look great.

Tamiya Male Tank Final Weathering
Today I've been slinging pigments at the model and base. I've used VMS EU dark earth type B as well as their alkyd binders and universal weathering carrier. Using the binder and carrier I have been able to build up the pigments especially on the tracks and also achieve some nice dusty effects. Once happy with the pigments i used a pencil to add bare metal to the track contact points.
