Puma & Elefant Weathering Begins

I've now started the weathering on these two and worked on the elefant with a couple of filters before a few pin washes. I mixed both from oil paints for better control and colour density. As you can see it's really brought out the details on the zimmerit and those really nice fenders. I think that I will leave it as is now and move on to oil dot fading.

The puma has had a couple of dark pin washes really just to see how much of this stage the model needs. Again probably a slightly darker pin wash will be added around the door recesses etc before a very thin dust wash is applied to blend it all together.
