Next on the bench is Gecko models new ATMP with ammo pallet. A start has already been made and so far it's going very well. The plastic is nice to work with and there are some very nice details such as fine rivet and bolt details and a small etched sheet. This release also comes with the essential checker plate sections for the model. Something that was not included in the initial stretcher carrier release.
The actual model is tiny as can be seen below. I have already replaced the rear light carriers as the etch parts in the kit, although having no problems shaping them, I found that they were very difficult to fit them due to the almost non existent mating surfaces. So plastic card and strip where used to make a couple up. Much better and more sturdy. The light clusters can be left off until after painting as they can be slid in place very easily.
